At first there was sales, but then it suddenly stopped. Is there a problem with my sales channel?

You don’t have a sales channel you have a sales page and store.
If buyers are interested in what you are selling they will buy. .

Not everything listed on eBay is guaranteed to sell, but you probably know that.

You have some very interesting things, but a lot of your items are rather pricey because they're, left's face it, luxuries, not necessities which means your potential buyer pool is not wide.  

BTW, you might want to check your shipping costs.  Seems doubtful that ANYTHING could ship from Turkey for only $6.90.

All of my products have free shipping. I recently paid 40 Euros for a small airplane sale worth $60. I think that's why the prices seem high Thank you for your  reply.
