SSN verification

So I’m new to selling and I recently posted a few cards and sold them. it amounted to over $600 so it’s making me verify my SSN but it won’t let me. I’ve tried about 7 times now but it keeps saying “we need you to update your information” or something like that. eBay support sucks so i don’t know what to do. My money will be on hold until I can verify. Can anyone help?
