I know for a fact that AI was "flagging" some of my items for violations when they weren't a problem before.

Yeah as soon as you get a bad rating or something to that effect the algo punishes you. It's getting really out of hand.

From what I have been reading on these forums since signing up here seven months ago, my own analysis (for what little its worth) is that eBay is slowly, almost imperceptibly, tightening things up for sellers.
eBay already distinguishes (with the little TRS blue badge) between those who offer same day / 24 hour shipping and 30/60 day paid returns, and those who do not. I cannot help but wonder if we will soon see another designation of some sort / enhanced rewards for such service.
As I wrote a few months back, even the most rudimentary software can be tweaked to reward and to punish with extremely fine granularity.
And AI adds an immense force multiplier to that dynamic.
The reward/ punishment possibilities in the eBay context -- not merely the repercussions for run-of-the-mill occurrences like receiving a negative feedback or canceling a few sales, but things like how a seller responds to negative or neutral feedback, how a seller manages communication with buyers on the internal eBay message app, and/or whether or not a seller had filled out the "About" section of his / her storefront and added a video as eBay suggests -- are limited only to the imagination.
Of course, only a handful of people know whether or not any of the aforementioned is actually taking place.
Personally, my approach is that if its possible for these behaviors to be assessed -- and it obviously is -- then I need to comport myself appropriately.

Not a big seller so it’s hard for me to say. It comes in spurts. Lots of views and watchers sales are there but not consistent
