Ok sellers are you starting to get the feeling Ebay is not doing what they are being paid for? I have posted a few items and have found that they are not showing up when searched. I'm not talking about the same day I posted them. Weeks and even months and unless I put in the exact name of the items that I posted they don't come up. Ebay makes up a lot of rules that we have to follow. If the rules are broken there is threat of suspension of removal from sales, I agree with the rules and that is the way it should be, But ebay needs to do things properly also. Like making sure that all items searched by someone should show up. Even when its just a few words from the title. I have noticed that the sales have dropped for a lot of sellers. It appears everyone is trying to blame all kinds of things for this. Some say Covid, Some say low money in the market, some say bad shipping companies. But you know what? I dont believe that. Ebay is the one and only blame for sales dropping. They tell us to promote the item, they charge us more money when we do. Still when promoted try searching it with just a few words. NOTHING. Ebay start doing what you are suppose to do. You are the oldest and the biggest monster on the block. Remember though, eventually down the road there will be an even bigger monster the will eat you up and they will be incharge then.

How about an example?

Were these particular missing items out of stock recently? Some sellers have indicated that items that are restocked after being out of stock are not appearing when searching.

Your three latest listings listed 9-17 / 9-17 / 9-20 are all showing up in a ebay search.
Please let us know which one of your items in not searchable.

This is the 4th 'my listings can't be found' thread today. In every single one, the listings are found. If you tell us which you can't find, I'm sure we'll find it, as well.

I didn't bother searching here because they'll always come up - instead I searched in Google and found your mickey mouse phone returned as #1 under one title iteration, returned #2 in another much more sparse title. The "naked lady" golf tees (ROFL! Goes with the plaid pants and lime green polo shirts!) came up mid-page on the first page of google search returns with a lot of competition from Ali-Express, etc., ahead of it.
It's safe to say that if they come up in google, they've propagated already through eBay.
Just to check placement here, though, I searched on eBay itself for the "SHE by Beyond the Beauty" ceramic brush n' go tool, just with the generic name (SHE by Beyond the Beauty) and nothing else, and your item came up in the middle of the first page.
If you're searching in heavily saturated categories using 'best match' eBay *may* not show you your own listings due to personalization, but that's just a guess on my part.

It's Nice that you all search and found my items and stood up for Ebay. Call it a coincidence but right after I had posted my (call it if you will) complaint all of a sudden 4 item sold within 2 days. Now if that don't make you wonder. Now let me ask you all a question, Are you sellers or just people who help Ebay? Remember without sellers there is no Ebay.

Those that help here on the community pages are not "eBay helpers". Not eBay employees. No vested interest in doing anything but trying to help someone like you that thinks there is a problem. You may wonder if you want. But please do NOT come back here and insult those that tried to figure out what the problem you might be having could be.

And I might very well get slapped, but just my opinion, but I think a lot of these threads are simply advertising.
