Neutral & negative feedback 3 orders: cancelled due to buyers fault 1) trying to buy off my account from abroad on a U.K. postage only & I cancelled the order and they left neutral feedback. 2) chickens went broody so I cancelled the order and offered chicks and gave a refund and previous had free eggs as well, never got eggs said in a comment wilted and shiny, surely this is false and factually wrong.
Negative 2 orders: 1) he returned and swapped out a bulk cd and my partner put in a new and sealed Phil Collins dvd. 2) hatching eggs day 3 said not active and you can’t tell at that stage, wanted new eggs then and there I said you can put new eggs in, think he was trying to scam me, claimed one cracked he had 4 free & further two cracked due to his misuse of his incubator, no mat in the incubator. 3) oldest one had two lots of replacements, not hatched due to not following procedures, third lot delayed due to my father dying.
Just spent a lot this month, EBAY do you want my sales and purchases????
Start sticking up for sellers, you need better customer services!
There are rouge buyers as well as sellers out there!
