Looks like Inpost have lost another of my parcels. As with the usual process, Packlink are taking several weeks to investigate the location of the parcel of which I expect them to tell me its lost. In the meantime, my buyer is understandably chasing for his parcel or to get his money back. If after a reasonable amount of time and Packlink have still not explained where my parcel might be, I will consider refunding the buyer. If I refund the buyer before the investigation is done by Packlink, can I still claim compensation? If I decide to wait until the investigation is done, I would probably risk a negative feedback by the buyer for taking so long. Any ideas what I should I do? Thanks

Hun your in the UK, wrong boards to help you. We don't use that mail service here and sounds like that's a good thing!

eBay has misdirected you to the discussion board for ebay.com. You might have better luck with the ebay.co.uk Community of your fellow members.

Good luck!

Not sure how it works over there, but here, the buyer doesn't have to wait to see if the seller wins a claim with the carrier.
We refund the buyer, then file the claim.
