Are you trying to raise or lower the price?

When you go into the edit mode does it give you the option of switching to the Business form, or are you trying to do this on a phone? If your on a phone you might have to do it in a web browser instead of the app.

What happens when you go here and select the blue "Revise your listing" button (instead of editing)?

Do you have any outstanding offers on the listing?

Had 3 offers under "buy it now" which have expired. I offered to watchers $1,000 lower than "buy it now" to half my watchers that expired as well.

Well you could close it.
Then Relist immediately, and make the revisions on the form before you upload it.
Or use Sell Similar, and make the revisions.
You may lose your Watchers with Sell Similar, but watchers watch. Particularly in that price range.
Or you could Revise the Best Offer to automatically accept any offer $1000 lower than your asking price.
And reject any offer $1001.00 lower than your asking price.

I always revise right from the listing not from the seller hub edit feature, that takes twice as long.
