Revised Feedback

Hello fellow resellers!  Has anyone noticed that when you're signed into your account you cannot see the Revised Feedback notice on your Feedback Profile page, but when you're signed into another account and view the Feedback Profile page of your account, you can see the Revised Feedback notice?  I've chatted with approximately 10 agents to discuss the issue and only one understood what I meant.  Unfortunately, she didn't have an explanation.  For the record, I asked for feedback revision over a year ago.  So, my revised feedback is 0.  Thank you in advance!

I can see 1 feedback revision on your page, do you see 0 ?

On your own page it usualy it shows as Feedback Revisions: 5 as in you have 5 left.

A buyer  will see the number of FB Revisions you have had in a 12 month period, so the numbers are different.

If in the past 12 months you used one FB Rev, your record shows 4 left (to you) / your buyer see's 1 revision when they check your FB.
