 👆 When can I change the description of an existing listing as above?  Please help me.

I don't know the specifics of your listing, but if you don't have a bid or offer,  I  believe you may revise it at any time. If you have any problems revising, just end the listing and create a new listing-sometimes that's easier to do.  Don't stay stuck-just contact eBay if you have an issue, & the rep will return your call very quickly-sometimes within 5 minutes, or that has been my experience. If there is an active offer on the item, you can't change it.

Are you still only allowed to list x amount of listings? I see you have 78 active listings.  Did you contact customer service as to why your revisions are restricted ?

Did ebay contact you about the items you are selling? Plant items are somewhat risky to sell especially to other countries.  Come back and give more info if you can.  I know it's late where you are located.

I'm wondering if ebay is restricting their sales only to Sri Lanka...last time I read plant items were a no no on ebay as well as customs.  Who knows? Every day is a crap shoot on ebay.  Have a great weekend.

You see that message when you have any offer out on a listing, either that you sent or that you have received.  It goes away when the offer expires (24-48 hours depending on who sent the offer & what was chosen).
