A buyer gave me an awful review…I have refunded the buyer’s money and the buyer is happy..I still have this awful review. Can I add to this review?

Pretty sure you can get that one removed. Don't believe a buyer can name you in the review. More than likely against eBay policy.
Be patient, folks will be along with the link for removal requests.
I submit mine thru eBay for Business on Facebook or AskeBay on Twitter thru direct messaging if you want to take that route.

Here's the link. I've had great success. The only one I could not get removed was over 90 days old. I didn't get notified, I just had to keep checking back, but it only took a few minutes. They may not be working on Sunday. Keep your info factual, don't get emotional & I think they are not allowed to reveal your private info, so s/b easy to get removed. Good luck!

They may not be working on any day that ends with a "y".

Ebay will most likely remove/edit that comment but no guarantee they will remove the negative.
You said the buyer is happy now.
If so, have you considered asking the buyer to revise the feedback?
Also, if you lan on replying to that feedback, I would suggest something like this...
"I do accept returns if you are not happy with the item. Please contact me."

I've always had a response within 10 minutes.

If you want to try to get it removed-
DO NOT comment; as then they will not (or may not- heard it both ways) remove anything.

I would contact eBay have have that feedback comment removed. They cannot use your real name in the feedback comment.

If the buyer is now happy ask if they would revise, and then send them a "revision request. They have 10 days to revise once sent.
