I am unable to relist anything because the returns options buttons are greyed out, and therefore I can't select an option asthe error message keeps telling me to.
Same here, not able to check both boxes for accepting domestic and international return. I am not able to list anything. Other options are "checkable".
Hi, managed to sort it. If you go to :- my ebay selling, my account, buisness policies, returns, edit and select returns accepted from the drop box this should sort it with a replacement for the greyed out boxes. Well, it did for me........
