Return request global shipping

Just received a request for an item damaged in shipping. The buyer is out of the country and used the global shipping, but it’s been over 30 days since delivery. What should I do.

Re: Return request global shipping

What was the item number or item? Where did you ship it to? You should be able to look at the listing and the shipping information and determine if it went through EIS or via some other path.

Re: Return request global shipping

You are currently in EIS.

If the item was sold to the buyer when you were participating in EIS, then Ebay should be handling it, you don't need to process it.  But I would contact Ebay to make sure what is going on.  EIS is a really good program and makes life easier on the seller.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.

If when you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant, type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.
