Hello,
I have experienced a second return request where I can't change or chose return address. The address of the request in attached screenshot is incorrect and does not match my default shipping address. The system just put my registered address as return address and didn't give me an opportunity to change it. I'm working with drop-shipping partners with different warehouses, I don't need that the items were returning to my registered address. Previously eBay gave such opportunity to select return address. I would be glad to receive any advices. Thanks in advance.

Go into your site preferences and scroll down to return preferences.
Within your return preferences turn RMA numbers on. When you enable this feature it will give you the opportunity to provide an RMA and/or select a different return address depending which warehouse you need the item returned.
Your current return you can manage by communicating with the buyer through eBay messages and sending them a prepaid return label with the correct address on it, instructing them not to use the eBay provided label.

Thank you for advice with RMA. eBay CS also said that RMA is solution. However I still have issue with selecting the address. With RMA it gives me an option to "select" addresses, but in the list are only 1 address despite that I have about 3 primary addresses and others. Why eBay made this process so inconvenient? My items are quite expensive and it's a nightmare to having return requests, but now this is also a problem with addresses. I have no words to convey my discontent ...
