Can a buyer open a return after 30 days from the delivery date.

Yes they can. You as a seller do not have to accept the return, but it usually pays to do so as the buyer can claim with PP or their CC for 180 days if you refuse.

Yes, the buyer can open a return after the MG has expired, but Ebay won't get involved.

It'll just be between you and the buyer.

Remember, they have 180 days to open a case with Pay Pal and most credit cards.
