My return policy is 30 days. Buyer ordered back in April and just requested a return saying item is not as described. Do I need to approve this return if it's out of my 30 day return policy?
I agree with the others who stated get ebay customer service to close the case in your favor. It is too long in my view to claim not as described, the buyer had plenty of time within the 30 day window.
Should they then open a paypal case after losing the ebay case, accept the return. Buyer will pay shipping which if nothing else pays for their "rental" of the item during the time they had it and did not find anything wrong with it.
