Return Labels

Hi,

A couple of times buyers have emailed me asking to return an item.  I can't seem to find where I can generate a return label unless the buyer actually makes a return request through eBay. I was just wondering if there was a easier way to generate a return label than wait until they go through eBay.

If the buyer has not made a return request, you are on your own with a return label.

Have the buyer do it -or- you do it and send it to the buyer.

Only if the buyer makes a official return request are you able to provide a return label through ebay.

     It would be ill advised to go outside the official eBay process to have a customer return an item it could potentially open up a number of issues. Have them open an official return request through eBay.
