I just looked at what my customer paid for an order and they were charged $.29 "Retail delivery Fee". What the heck is that and is it new? I had never noticed it before.
Thanks in advance.

Colorado started this in 2022 and Minnesota followed. Several other states are trying to implement the same.
It's basically another form of tax.
