Try to list,  get a message about unable to sell and sends me to resolution or message center. Nothing in either. Zero open cases, zero messages indicating a restriction. I have 💯 positive feedback.

It looks like you refused to make a sale.   That is the most serious rule you can break on eBay.   eBay does ban users from selling for life over that.    Could be that?  However, I have no way to be sure.

Your last feedback as a seller was a negative for not completing a sale.  That neg has aged off, leaving you with 100%

eBay considers you a new seller if you have not sold in a while.
