A few weeks ago I learned that my sellers account was now below standard and I’m sure everyone knows what that means. I had someone close to me take a bit of my inventory, unfortunately being new to eBay, I didn’t realize I could of spoken with the buyer or try to make it right with them and instead canceled the order and then communicated an apology to them. I looked up a couple of my items at random to see If I could see the listing under ending soonest . I could not find the listings. I have 300 listings and the bulk majority of them have not one view. I understand to get back to above Standard I need to show a better cancellation rate but how are we to get ourselves out of below standard if we are unable to sell? Has anyone experienced this issue, meaning the not getting any sales issues. Previously I would see 7-9 items sold, now no views and no sales. I can’t understand how we can lower our percentage, when nothing can be sold. TIA

My question was more, how am I able to implement these changes if the items don’t sell?

Lower prices. Run a Holiday Sale or a buy one get one for 50% off, or something like that.
There are so many coin and bullion sellers on eBay, how can you stand out from the crowd?

It is not easy to recover from Below Standard, because eBay values buyers much more than it values sellers.

I guess ebay would be a better place to shop if sellers could just cancel orders willy nilly eh? I'm sure there would be absolutely no negative word of mouth happening!
