WHO says/said you need to reset your password?

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

Password resets aren't instant things. They take up to 24 hours to settle into the system. Once you reset you are given temporary access into your account, but if you have to re-sign in for any purpose within that 24 hours, you won't be able to. Each time you reset your password, the clock is restarted.
