A buyer, who I do not trust, has shipped back an item & the refund is requested. Now he is asking for a refund before I receive my parcel because he doesn't want to have to track the shipment. LOL! His feedback score is 1 & that is from me. He did nothing but complain about the item's condition & the packaging of said item. All false. I DO NOT trust that he sent back the same item. Especially now! Let's see if it is the second time someone tries to steal from me on here. Stay safe all. 🙂

No issues with someone being suspicious. I thoroughly document what I ship and what I receive, if the dollar value passes a certain threshold. What got me was that you called me a liar. I thoroughly documented what you sent to me, including the packaging and condition of the item. You had a description that indicated that the record was in near mint condition, but it was Good+. MAYBE a seller might graded it at VG-. Your packaging was not suitable for an LP, let alone a notoriously delicate box set that is fifty years old. You need to take pictures that capture the wear damage on an item - being selective on an that you list for $450 is not cool. I'm sure that you are great seller - but, in my estimation, you have major work to do on how to grade records.

I wanted to use bubble wrap to help with the protection but, none of my usual places had any valuable.

I hope this doesn't come off as condescending, but if/when you ship LP's, especially a somewhat delicate box set, bubble wrap is fine, but it wouldn't do anything if not shipped in a box that has structural integrity. This means four rigid corners, and some space, with perhaps bubble wrap or packing peanuts, between the box walls and the item, so that inevitable dents and dings won't damage the item. I get it that the box necessary to ship this item isn't standard - not always easy to find unless buy a lot of LP box sets that have been sent through the mail. Even if you don't have that kind of box, it is a worthwhile investment to buy one, rather than send an expensive item in something that won't hold up in a shipment to a different country.

Item shipped back to seller, exactly as it was received, refund issued. Don't be so quick to assume that buyers that stand up for themselves, and don't care about the inconvenience to a seller that has severely inconvenienced a buyer, are dishonest.

"Hello Wal-Mart,
I bought a item from you and i'm going to be returning it next week.
I was just wondering if i could get the refund NOW before i return it."

It is more like this:
Customer: “Hey Wal-Mart, I bought a new treadmill from you. You sent to me a used unit with a torn-up belt and the electronics are completely shot. There is used chewing gum stuck on the control screen.”
Wal-Mart: “we only sell amazing stuff – you must be mistaken.”
Customer: “let me show the pictures to you, and I’d be happy to send the video of me opening the item, immediately after delivery.”
Wal-Mart: “Okay, geez, you can send it back. Go ahead and do that. We’ll refund your purchase later”
Customer: “You’ll need to pay for shipping.”
Wal-Mart: Well, okay. But I’m not going to pay for insurance.
Customer: “I sent immediately after payment of return postage. Looks like there is a long lag – hope it isn’t stuck in transit or lost. I seem to be the only one concerned about fixing the issue that you caused. As it is clear that I sent back the item, can you just refund me now, so that I don’t have to continue to check up on the issue caused by your error?”
Wal-Mart: “Not my problem. I sell a lot of toasters, and no one complains. You’ll have to wait for your hard-earned money. I’m holding on to it until I receive back the item. If it is lost in transit, not my problem.”
