Requesting Guidance Regarding Account Restriction

Hello eBay Community,

I’m reaching out because my eBay account was recently restricted, and I’m honestly heartbroken about it. I’ve been a passionate and responsible seller who has always tried to do things the right way, fulfilling every order, keeping buyers happy, and following eBay’s policies carefully.

When the restriction happened, I immediately submitted everything that was asked of me, my ID, bank statement, invoices, and even proof of delivery for my completed orders. I’ve already appealed and explained my side in full honesty.

I completely understand how important eBay’s rules are, and I’m more than willing to comply with any additional requirements to make things right. I just want the chance for a fair review and to continue being part of this amazing community.

If anyone from eBay or the community can guide me on what else I can do or who I can reach out to, I’d truly appreciate it. This platform means a lot to me not just as a business, but as something I’ve built with dedication and care.

Thank you so much for your time and understanding.

@bulkbuysllc  Judging by the feedback you have received, the words/phrases "responsible," "always," "the right way," "keeping buyers happy," "following eBay's policies carefully," do not come to mind when I think of how you operate your business.

Many of your buyers would certainly disagree with you. They accuse of sending the wrong products, empty products, products that do not match the description, watered down products, and selling products with fake ivermectin.

Tip: You may want to try being honest when you are looking for help.

I understand this frustration, however I must agree with the first poster as I have also reviewed your feedback and it speaks of some bad business practices. I'm not sure what can be done at this stage, feedback is a direct reflection of buyer experience and thus crucial to survival on ebay... A responsible seller would want to do serious reflection on any negative feedback as it is intended to direct one's attention to problem areas that should be addressed.

At this stage it may not be possible to recover your account, usually permanent restrictions are extremely difficult to overcome and many sellers in your position have reported it to be impossible.

Were you suspended indefinitely?

If so, there is no appealing or coming back from an indefinite suspension.

My only advice to you is...

Should you somehow get your suspension lifted, be a better seller.
