Recently sold multiple items to one buyer, shipped fine and on time. Apparently it did not receive a carrier scan though. Additionally, I had a buyer purchase an item but then asked to cancel, so I refunded, but I got a mark against me for that because shipping was never uploaded. And I am now apparently going to lose Top Rated because of it.
Both of these scenarios are completely out of my control, the latter being a glitch in eBay's system. There used to be an option to request the removal of a defect of this kind, but now I am getting thrown in a loop and cannot even contact customer service, when I try the automated chat and ask it about how to remove them it suggests topics completely unrelated to what I asked and then ends the chat.
How do I get these appealed, or talk to someone, or something, anything?

Just to clarify: were these multiple sales in a combined shipment? Were all the separate items Marked as Shipped, with the tracking number uploaded?
Does the tracking number history shows scans going all the way to delivery? I take it that the penalty is for not having a carrier scan within your Handling time (which has to happen in order to show that you shipped on time), but I did not think that applied if the package was delivered on time anyway.

I experienced the same automated chat loop when I was trying to get a negative removed from an eBay international shipping buyer who paid VAT on his eBay invoice and then had to pay VAT again to get the item. eBay phone help did nothing. eBay Facebook reps fixed it within an hour.

Did you purchase the labels on ebay, through ebay?
If not you may have to manually enter the tracking number in the order history.

Were they ultimately DELIVERED on time? If so then it should automatically be removed (although it my take a few weeks).

Thank you all, I seem to have jumped the gun; the shipping defects have been removed, tracking one is still there but I can live with that one since it doesn't put me over the threshold.
