Request for Dell Service Tag?

I am selling a Dell Alienware laptop, and have already had to people ask me what the Dell Service Tag # is.  I did provide it, assuming they want to see the configuration or Warranty information.  One person said they are interested, but want to be sure it isn’t stolen.

Is thee any risk to me in sharing the Service Tag #?  It’s registered to me, so not sure what they can do, but thought I’d double check, since it’s been a popular request.

I put them in my pictures on the laptops I sell on a regular basis. Haven't had any problems yet.
