Report eBay to BBB?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to report an issue with eBay to the BBB or if there is a different place for online businesses? I've been having an issue on eBay for almost a year and eBay refuses to help/respond to it. It has taken from my sales and has to do with a legal matter.

I went to bbb.org

I typed "ebay" into the search box.

I clicked the "File a complaint" button on the BBB's eBay page.

It took me 20 seconds to find this.

The BBB is about as useless of a route possible. They are not a government agency and have no control over eBay other than their website reports. Most people laugh when they hear BBB these days. BTW, I am beyond angered with eBay, this just honestly isn't the route to spend time on.

I went to the BBB site and looked up ebay. It seems they are a member.

They have an A+ rating. Their average review of 560 customers is one star.
