Repeat customer?

When looking at orders on my seller hub it used to tell me if a customer was a repeat customer.

I think it used to be in green text?

Did they do away with that?

I had a sale Nov 13th tagged from a repeat buyer but maybe they discontinued the project since then?  My experience has been they tend to change helpful important stuff like that at the busiest times.

I had an order from a repeat customer last night. It shows as a repeat customer.

@inhawaii   it's still there and when u click on the 'repeat buyer' it shows what they previously purchased, an improvement over the other

I looked back over about a month of my sales and see a pale gray "repeat buyer" on a couple of my sales of two or more to the same buyer and nothing on others.  I had to look really closely to see the words at all.

Nope had a repeat customer show up two days ago. Still there. They added the customers sales volume/dollar total.

All the 'colors' disappeared- the 'repeat customer' is now in light gray right under their name; just like if you look at 'active listings'- Sale prices used to be in Red- now, just black.

eBay is so greedy....they are keeping all the good colors for themselves!

I see repeat buyers almost like on a daily basis...Thank goodness!

It's on per item sold.

Me being color blind...not sure if it is in green...LOL

I know in 'Sales' it is NOT accurately listing 'repeat buyers'...it's so way off...which is why I don't look at their statistics anymore on anything.

I agree. Things should get better though. Chalk it up to another Biden Administration failure. YMMV
