Removed listings

Hi all, 

i had my pdo threads listings remove for the biggest **bleep** excuse ever. but sellers, all of them are not domestic, who sell the exact same products listings are allowed, have been allowed, and i am sure will be allowed. after spending an hr on live chat going in circles that, yes it doesnt make sense why mine were removed, and yes they are the same listings, i got nowhere, supposedly the policy team was going to look into it? this is complete **bleep**, chinese & korean sellers are ok but not American???????

anyone else had this problem?

Are "pdo threads" the cosmetic facelift things?   If so, we cannot see your booted listings.  That being said, just because someone else listed the same thing on eBay DOES NOT mean you are allowed to do so.  Some sellers are indeed "special".

Let us know also if it was a VERO takedown (you should have gotten a specific notice) or just a general not allowed message.

here is what the email said:

The item you listed is not permitted on our site as it is something that is implanted or inserted into the body. Due to the potential for misuse of this type of equipment the FDA has requested that we not allow these items, as such we have decided not to allow them for the health and safety of our community. While we appreciate that you have chosen to utilize our site, we must ask that you please not relist this particular item.

so why are foreign sellers special and ebay is not concerned about the safety of our community?

Just move on and sell things that are allowed.

They’re not special, their listings just haven’t been reported/pulled yet.
