Relist

I am having problems relisting items. When I click relist or sell similar, all I get is a blank screen. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if so, what did they do to fix the problem. Thanks

This isn't very helpful, sorry, but I haven't read any threads about this problem.  Yours is the first.

I haven't checked the Tech Board so I don't know if it is reported there.

I tried a Sell Similar on another account this afternoon, from a listing I wrote just 10 days ago.  It re-directed into a slightly different looking Listing Tool page (different from 10 days ago).   The category selection process looked different.  The description from the old listing didn't come over either.  It did save the PayPal email address, and the shipping charges I'd used.  Most irritating, it reset my Excluded Country setting to "no", and when I enabled it, it would not load my existing excluded countries - requiring me to fill it out again... no way to "apply" my old list to my "new" listing.

So, yes, they did "fix" something. 

Oh.  When I first started that process... now that you mention it... I don't think the page would load.  I hit refresh, that seemed to get it to load.

Thanks for your response.  At least I now know I wasn't the only one with the problem.  I finally was able to schedule some listings, but the selling form that came up was the same one I used YEARS ago....a 2 pager form, probably the same one that you encountered.  Definitely took forever, compared to the form I use now.  By the 3rd listing, the "normal" form came up and I was able to breeze through the listing process.  I hope I don't have any more issues.  If I do, I will be back!!!
