What happened to the refund feature on Paid & Shipped? Now when I want to refund excess shipping where is that???? I really wish when Ebay changed things they would tell us... and how to find the function that used to be there!!!! So frustrating. I rate this change a FAIL.
DOES anyone know where this function is now??? Please help.

Go to the sold item in orders.
On the left use the drop down to select refund.
Enter the amount.

It's in the same spot it always was - under the Actions drop down. I think before it just said "refund" instead of "send refund"?

Yes Thank you, but now it's not working, that is what I have been doing, but something has changed and it does not work... ugh!

Do you currently have "pending/available" funds?
Not sure if that would factor in.

Yes I have plenty of funds for the refund... but thanks for the ideas of what could be wrong.

Are you selecting a "reason"?
That must be done 1st before it will work.
That's what happened to me 1st time I tried to do one many months ago:)

Good question. I am only a few days from the big switch-over to mangled payments. Partial refunds were so easy on PayPal.

I am getting that exact same message! I am trying to refund a postage overage. I never had this problem with Paypal. MP is really becoming a pain to use

I spoke with someone in managed payments this afternoon. The Rep tried what I was trying to do and he was getting the error message too. He suggested putting in the order number not the item number in the search field. It worked and I was able to give my buyer a partial refund. He said he would report the issue.

What search field? Im right on the specific item in Orders, Paid & Shipped, little down arrow. NO SEARCH NEEDED.
