Receiving Western Union Error Message When Trying To List

Hello Everyone. 20+ year seller here with a listing problem. Since yesterday we are having 2 listing issues. 1. We are receiving an error message saying that we are not allowed to accept Western Union. 2. It will not accept any of our images stating the size in under 500 px which they are not. Is anyone else having the same listing problems.

I am addressing #2, as I frequently encounter that problem; it occurred today.

Even when I absolutely know my pic is NOT below 500, this is what works for me.

1-I open my pic file.

2-I right click the pic I wish to resize.

3-I open with PAINT.

4-I left click resize

5-I remove 100 and type 500

6-I close that window and save.

It has worked for many yrs., but, of course, only if one has PAINT.
