Received a Case closed without seller resolution defect

Without having received any notification from a buyer or from ebay.  Not returns

I don't ignore messages from my buyers or ebay.    There was no 

 notification of an INR or a SNAD return and I can't find anywhere in the time frame

that a refund was given to anybody.

Any thoughts before I bother ebay CSR?

Go into your seller dashboard scroll to Cases closed without a seller resolution and open it click see cases. Next you will see which case or cases you let eBay handle. Transactions from August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024 are assessed for this defect.

The transaction is from August 09th,  2023

No wonder I couldn't find it.  

Apparently I earned the defect.   I wonder why it showed up in seller hub today?   Or maybe 

I've not seen it till today.
