Hello i used to work on ebay. But due to some reason i stop listing product on it. So, now i am back to continue the listing. If anyone wants to give me a suggestion what it would me.

If you aren't signed up with Payoneer  that's the first step...........

You didn't work on eBay, you were a seller on eBay. 
Before you can even attempt to list you must first register as a seller.

 You also need to sign up with Payoneer as a seller in order to be paid.

Then you need to link your Payoneer account to eBay and wait 2-3 weeks for eBay to verify and approve your account for selling.

If you plan to drop ship it is not advised.

Don't list those counterfeit jackets like a lot from Pakistan do.

Don't dropship from Amazon or Aliexpress.
