Sorry, guys, but this is a rant about a PITA buyer. I sold two items to a buyer late last Friday. We had a weekend, followed by a postal holiday yesterday. This morning I get an irate message from the buyer wanting to know why her items haven’t been shipped yet!!! I couldn’t believe it! I don’t know what she expected me to do, but when this is concluded, she’s going on my BBL, although I have considered just cancelling the transaction and putting her on my BBL NOW, because if she’s already griping about the shipping, who knows what other problems she’ll cause!

I had a potential buyer message me on Saturday evening asking if I would add priority on an item because they needed it fast plus they needed an invoice. I messaged back and pointed out that priority was already an option and I would be glad to include the invoice they requested. I then said it would go out Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. Crickets...no sale. Not my fault I can't ship on Monday! Also not my fault that priority is expensive--more than the price of the item they wanted (book with free media mail shipping).

Just print a label when the item is paid for and it will send them a shipped message
I have over 500,000 transactions on my selling ID

This is a thread from 2021...
That said, BBL refers to Blocked Buyer List (or as some refer to it here, Best Buddy List).
