I have been selling on eBay for about a month now, I've made very minimal amount of money and all of a sudden last week I got suspended. I chatted with an eBay customer service representative and they told me I had to submit files. I submitted, the receipt of what I was selling and messaged them back. Then to make sure eBay had received my document I had spoken to another representative telling me they had. Later, Tuesday the 17th, I receive a reply stating I need to wait for the orders I had received the day of suspension to be delivered to the customer before they could proceed with my request for reinstatement. I had then spoken to another representative assuring me that I will get my account back, lying directly to me. They had said "I know this may seem a little difficult but this information is required from all the member, however as you have already sent the relevant details that were asked from your side so need not to worry, as our relevant team is already reviewing the details and very soon you will start receiving your payouts." and then went on to say "Once the details has been verified you will definitely get the email for the same, please be rest assured as I am positive of it.". Fast forward to today, the orders were finally delivered through USPS and I reply back to the reinstatement email saying that they were delivered. Now today, within the time I sent that email and now I have been permanently suspended. The email that I received is here:
"
We are committed to reducing both fraud and negative buying experiences on eBay. To maintain a safe marketplace, we sometimes restrict selling activity, end active items, or suspend accounts until an additional review can be completed. We have completed an additional review of your account and show that your account was originally restricted because it was in violation of eBay policy and your behavior posed a risk to the eBay community.
Because of this, we have decided that your account will remain indefinitely restricted from selling. We have taken this action out of concern for the safety and integrity of the eBay Community. Due to eBay policy, we cannot provide you with more specific information.
We understand that this situation may be frustrating; however, although future emails from you will be read, we will be unable to respond to any further requests to reinstate your selling privileges.
Please keep in mind that members who are restricted are prohibited from registering new accounts with eBay, or selling on eBay using any existing accounts. Although, you are still eligible to purchase items with this account, please note that eBay reserves the right to suspend existing accounts as well as new accounts opened by anyone in the same household of a restricted user or by any other associates of a restricted user. "
I cannot figure out what I did wrong and I have not received any good reason. Now I cannot receive any money that I had made from selling on eBay.

Directly from my ebay chat transcript. Those have been all my interactions. I messaged them on ebay.

You're hilarious. You insist im guilty. Thats not a good mentality to have going into this. And I did not get any in any illegal fashion. You have no clue what you're talking about. Good night.

Thank you so much for highlighting. I don't know the deal with that guy. Anyway, the live chat assistants do have some bad grammar.

Please explain how you got 39 when the deal is limited to one per backer. Most certainly you won't tell us, but that's most likely why you got perma banned. Learn a lesson and move on. Not that you have a choice.

Sure. I backed 39 printers. Its 1 per backer, well I backed 39 times.

I honestly have no idea what I did wrong, everything I'm doing here is legit. You're right I have no choice but to move on, but there isn't any lesson to be learned when I have absolutely no clue what I did wrong.

OK, it wasn't a software issue. But I kept digging and found out you were reselling an item sold to "Kickstarter backers only, limited to one purchase per customer."
'nuff said.

The thing is, ebay would have no reason to suspect me of illegally getting 39 of them. I provided a receipt, dont you think if bambulabs suspected me of it they wouldnt have sent it out? It makes no logical sense to assume, or even think that I got it illegally.

"Kickstarter backers only, limited to one purchase per customer" - not one customer backing 39 items. eBay isn't going to go any further than this - they deal with millions upon millions of sellers with with a billion and a half items, second guessing and 'maybe' isn't really in their purview.
You can try Facebook to try to explain your side. I went through accusations of selling a fraudulent supplement (which I had purchased from the actual manufacturer) and they accepted some random dude with a YT video as 'authentication', so good luck with that.

I’m trying the Facebook angle, thanks!

Post the receipt you sent them--sanitized as necessary.

Did you send that to eBay?
Did eBay ASK you for 'PROOF OF PURCHASE' (Receipts) or are you just 'BANNED'??
If the latter; would be for a different reason.
