To whom it may concern: there was a seller from Oregon (Portland, I believe) who listed a lot of Cuban cigar boxes for auction that included the box for Ramon Alloes 25 Gigantes a couple of weeks ago, I even added the listing to my Watchlist, and then literally the next morning, the listing was deleted for seemingly no reason - the bidding hadn't ended (it was just listed that night), and it wasn't a Buy It Now listing, because eBay would've notified me otherwise. If the seller happens to see this message, would you please consider relisting your auction? Because you had a very interested perspective buyer.

The bots probably picked up on either the wording in your title or listing & as you know smoking materials cannot be listed or sold on Ebay.   I would tell you perhaps to change your wording, etc., but because Ebay took it down once, chances are if you relist it, they'll take it down again and that could jeopardize your account.   I know that's not what you want to happen.  Try to find another venue to sell them on or sell them locally.

Most likely @j-scar that seller's listing was pulled for violating policy and their account sanctioned. They cannot relist it.

If the seller relisted the cigar box they will be well on their way to a permanent suspension!

Upon reading the OP's post, it seemed to me like he was a potential BUYER, not the seller.

Did I interpret that wrong?

Yes, you are correct and thanks for pointing this out.  I've been up since 2am so I might be losing some steam. lol.   My guess the item was removed for an obvious violation.  Guess I'll log off and have a glass of wine.  Always a pleasure friend.

As noted above,   Cuba.     Listings were probably ended for items being from Cuba.    I had difficulties with 

this trying to sell Cuban stamps.

Hay, I am not the seller you are looking for... ;-}

However, I took the ones that I had to goodwill.  

I have noticed that the lots of cigar boxes has increased, so I assume I am not the only one. 

You may want to check there website.
