RETURN BY DATE Question

For future reference. 

If a return says ‘refund by Dec. 9’. In ebays terms, does that mean return BEFORE the 9th...or just before the 10th?

Scratch that. Called eBay. They said I can make the refund on 9th. 

must be BEFORE 10th.

Unless they change it in the future, all that date means right now is

that if you don't refund the buyer buy that date eBay will do it for you.

If you miss the date and eBay does it for you there is not suppose to

be any defects or penalty's to your account.
