I've been listing my Burger King Pokemon cards in this category
'Collectibles > Non-Sport Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles'
However I've noticed that just about every single other listing for these cards are under
'Toys & Hobbies > Collectible Card Games > CCG Individual Cards'
The cards actually aren't from a CCG so it doesn't seem accurate to list them there. But I'm noticing I get almost no views on my cards and wondering if the category has something to do with it.
So I have a few questions. Does the exact category matter for how many views you get? Are there certain popular categories that it's okay to list in even if your item doesn't exactly match it? Or is the 2nd category actually the proper category for listings like these?

Almost everyone lists non-ccg Pokemon cards in the ccg category, it has been that way as long as I can remember.
However they will sell in either category, price is what sells them. The non ccg cards are rather slow movers, I still have some in my store and I haven't listed any of them in several years.
I am sure someone whom views the ebay terms as their personal religion will tell you that you can't list them in the ccg category.

I would say list them in any category you think will get the most traffic. Or why not list in both categories for a few cents more? If your cards are being listed in both i would do both on a few to see what happens.

How does one list in two categories simultaneously? And how much does it cost?? I know that sellers can do it, but I’ve never actually seen the option on eBay while listing.
Appreciate the help!

There should be the option to add a second category when making the listing, it might not be there if you are using a phone.
However this is 100 percent not worth doing with the non tcg Pokemon cards, they are not worth enough to make the extra cost worth it.

I think CCG just stands for Collectible Card Game, so all Pokemon or all cards fit this category lol
