I received an order with a questionable name, The address is legit, But the name get this Demon Killer Gang!, Is this some Halloween thing?, The order has value so I informed the buyer That it will be sent with delivery confirmation, Signature required, Just for a precautionary , It was worth the little bit extra, I do not wish to be scammed.

As long as it's the address they have listed on eBay I would send it like any other package.
They can put any name they want in the address. I see odd names in addresses from time to time but not as odd as this one.

I would just ship it and not worry about it. In Canada when you go to the post office you have to prove the package is addressed to you with ID, if the buyer can't pick up their package because of a fake name, that's their problem.
Actually, for pick up from the post office in Canada, the address on the package has to match the address on the ID of the person collecting it. I’ve made several pickups for items addressed to my spouse with no issues.

Just wait. It will come back to you. Then just refund the buyer for the product less the shipping you charged and fees you can't recover. I wouldn't message the buyer unless they wrote to me. I would however contact them when I got the item back and informed them of what was going on. Try not to make it more complicated than it needs to be.

I am not going to complicate things at all, I only tried contacting the customer to let them know what has happened & have not heard back from them at all.

Hopefully if you do hear from them they will be understanding of the situation they created. I hope everything works out for you.

It might be useful to let the customer know that eBay does not require any refund at all on Undeliverable shipments.
I agree that when you do get it back, you should be refunding the payment, less fees, taxes, shipping costs, packaging, etc.

Is that because you demanded the package be signed for? Well, now it's being sent back to you, when it could have just been delivered and that's it.
