Question regarding VeRO Parallel Import rules and Nike products

Hello all,

Received a notice from eBay that selling Nike products to the EU is not allowed and affected listings got removed. The root cause is because of GSP and EEA (European Economic Area) rules. 

I was wondering if we are allowed to still sell Nike products through GSP (to like Australia and Canada) with the exclusion of the EU.

Before other asks, yes - all products are new and as described.

Below is an article you may find helpful. What it doesn’t cover is the ban Nike placed on some authorized sellers to prevent international shipping of Nike brands in 2020. While online resellers are not currently authorized by Nike for US-based platforms, it is not clear if Nike will try to extend that ban to them as well. Hopefully others will chime in.
