Question about using multiple accounts in the same network address

I'm a new seller, but I have a brother who also has an ebay account and uses it to buy goods but it crashes.
So if I share the same network address, is it possible to get suspended, because I also researched this issue on the ebay community and know that if there is 1 suspended account, ebay will suspend according to the network address, not the account

You are correct, if one account is suspended then all accounts associated  (Shared Router/Network Address) with the suspended account  will be suspended.

What do you mean it crashes?  If he does anything repentful you will be held liable in eBayland, for all eternity; meaning the rest of your life.  It will follow you around as a permanent record.  Be your brother's keeper and make sure he doesn't lie, cheat or steal and you'll be fine.
