From what I understood, ebay charged you for their final value fee's as soon as your item sells. So why do I have an invoice for the final value fee's due at the end of the month?

Ebay invoices you for the fvf's once a month, usually around the fifteenth.

Hi, altho eBay charges you the FVF at the moment of the sale, they do not automatically take payment from your funding source at the same time. You receive a monthly invoice for the fees and make arrangements on how you will pay. Some sellers elect to remit payment on a daily basis, but the invoices are monthly.

It is just monthly bill for charges accrued during past 30 days. Some of us receive it on 15-th, some at end of the month.
Like i.e.. phone bill where all calls during month are summarized once a month and bill is send to the user.
