If an account is under a temporary restriction and cannot list any new items for x amount of days, and listings automatically relist due to the mandatory GTC, would that be another violation on the account or is it not considered a 'new item' listed?
Or should the listings be cancelled before they relist?
Also, how long does a policy violation remain on an account?
