Question About Return Shipping Label

Hello - I have a customer who is wanting to return an item. I don't get many of these requests and am confused about the return shipping label. I have no idea where to find it on eBay.  Would someone please direct me to the area?  The customer is requesting I send her the label. Thanks so much.

The buyer needs to open a return case before you can approve the label.

After customer opens "return request" (label will be available for CUSTOMER to print).   You don't have to do anything.

When the buyer opens a Return... approve it. The label is automatically available for the buyer.
