California is particularly strict on selling anything from endangered species. For years I've seen Fish & Game come zipping into Antique shows, confiscating anything from hair clips and tortoise shell bedroom sets to skins made into rugs and lots in between. It has gotten worse over time. If you have it, okay, but you can't sell it seems to be the 'rule of thumb', if it is on the list. If you don't have the paperwork to prove it isn't on the list, too bad.
Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.
The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.
Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.
