I had my promotions end this morning and I restarted them about 30 minutes after they ended. I have 3 promotions running and they are not capturing all of my items and I have reported this to CS so they can escalate the issue. I know eBay says wait 12 hours on their site, but I have been doing promotions since day 1 and it always takes within 1 hour for everything to be pulled into their various promotions.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue this morning? As always support says nobody reported a problem and I am the first to do so.
