Promotions not working

I tried and created a shipping promotion...didnt work...after submiting...the page went to unavailable...tried on many browsers

I tried to codeless coupon...tried it as a guest...and it doesnt work...have it starting right away...waited around half an hour and still nothing

i tried setting up a new order discount...tried it as the guest....and nothing...

i have older discounts set up that work...but that was before seller hub...

is any of the promotions working when you set them up now...

If you mean you are testing it by trying to buy it as a guest, I don't think that is a good idea.

There are severe penalties if you are caught buying or bidding on your own listings; you could be permanently suspended.

no...i just put things in the shopping cart to see of the promotions work

I have tried several times to set up a shipping promotion but when I get to the end and enter, I get page unavailable???  I want to put free shipping in the continental USA when a buyer buys 3 of my items but can't seem to make it work!  Help!!
