I think they eliminated the bulk upload option. If you have an excel file you can copy/paste the SKUs or item IDs into a promotion.

cuz i want to sell for example :buy 1-10 0%
buy11-20 5%
buy 21-30 10%
buy 31 up 15%

They don't allow that level of volume tier anymore. They allow buy 1, buy 2, buy 3, or buy 4+.
Scroll up through the thread. There was a post that explained how to do what you want using a regular order promotion instead of a volume promotion.

I'm bumping this thread I started about volume pricing because I noticed a new feature today:
Volume Pricing is now available with variation listings.
However - and this is a big however - the discount only works on a single variation. In other words, the buyer has to purchase multiple of the same variation to get a discount. It will not offer a discount when a buyer purchases different variations from the same listing. That's a big let down. Maybe the next update will allow multi-SKU discounts - wishful thinking.
@mam98031- I know you'll be interested to learn this if you aren't already aware.
