Promotional Offer Expired?!?

I received an email that said 'List up to 100 items fixed-price or auction-style for free Offer valid until midnight PST on February 20.' but when I click on 'Activate offer' I get a message that says 'Unfortunately, you can no longer sign up for this promotional offer because it has expired.' 

It's weird, the message only came to my yahoo account, not to my ebay inbox.

Just a thought... When you clicked on the eBay link in the mail from yahoo, did you have to sign in to eBay? If so, I would immediately change your eBay password. You can also forward the email to spam@ebay.com. If it was fraudulent they'll let you know.

I received it also but am currently using mine. You can go to your seller hub page and look on the left hand side and you will see all promotions available down towards the bottom. This is where I always click to activate. I don't trust emails.

I received an offer for 100 free listings on May 7th. The offer expired May 6th! What gives? This is in my eBay messages so it's not spam or spoofing.
