Promotional Listings

Before I had an Basic eBay store, I used promotional events to get more stuff listed for free.

I am wondering if my promoted listings from before that have not sold yet are costing me insertion fees everytime they relist, or do these listings get factored into my 300 free listings each month.

No, you are not being charged the promotion fee if it doesn't sell.
