Do you have the ability to post a screen shot of the page were it is asking for a CVS file?
I have run a few dozen or so campaigns in the past year and for the life of me I have never noticed a CVS file option nor have I ever need to use that format to start a campaign.
Never mind no need to post a screen shot. I see what is happening.
When you select "Create A Campaign" it takes you to this page. Correct?
You have been selecting the option on the right hand side.
You want to select the option on the left hand side "Select Listings Individually" This option will bring up all of your listings and allow you to select the ones that you wish to include in any one given campaign. This will be a lot easier.
You will be able to create a campaigns without the need to use a CVS file.
